Follow These Steps

Get a price approximation and make contact with us by following the prompts and completing the design your pool module.

Once your details are entered, hit “submit inquiry” and you will be emailed an initial pricing breakdown. A member from our US sales team will be in touch with you shortly to discuss your options and give you a clear idea of pricing depending on what your requirements are. You can also give us a call directly to ask any questions you may have.

Following your discussion with a member of our sales team, a formal quote will be issued to you that accurately reflects the final cost for the pool. You will also receive an approximation of current production timelines to give you an idea of when you could have your pool.

Once you accept the quotation, a 25% deposit is required to lock in the pricing. To allocate your pool into our production schedule, an additional 50% deposit is required (a total of 75%). Please note that as the pool manufacturer, we do not facilitate installations or the transport of our pools.

While your pool is being created, you will need to finalise the position of your pool. You can determine this by using our specifications or alternatively by engaging with your local builder.

If you have a sloping property, you’ll need to engage a surveyor and engineer to build your support structure. As each build is different, we do recommend you reach out to multiple professionals and review the quotes in your local area.

At this stage, we’ve been hard at work building your pool. We will have regular touchpoints with you to update you on the progress of your pool and to hear how your build is coming along.

We will share the pickup date with you and have everything ready to go for your pool's departure from our warehouse. Note that the final payment is required for the release of the pool.

We will coordinate your delivery with our third party broker. They will arrange the driver and timing. Once the pool is in route, the driver will communicate directly with you to ensure exact drop-off window.

You and your team are more than welcome to transport your pool from our warehouse if you’d like.

Our pools can be transported on any truck capable of taking standard shipping containers, reducing the cost of getting your pool into your dream location.

Ensure your site is ready to receive the pool on your delivery day.

The moment you’ve been waiting for! Before you fill your pool, ensure you have engaged a pool safety certifier to provide a certificate of compliance according to your local area.
